Abusers use fear and shame to control their victims. I promise a safe and confidential space to overcome those feelings.

The truth is only you get to make the decisions about your own body, and I’m so sorry somebody took that from you. The entirety of the fault rests with your abuser.

None of that is yours to carry. And I will remind you as many times as necessary.
